Inside Line Promotions – COLUMBUS, Ind. (July 8, 2019) – The SawBlade.com backed pulling tractor team of David and Janet Esteb earned a podium finish despite battling an engine problem during a pull at the Bartholomew County Fair last Friday.
The official results show David Esteb drove Eat’n Dollars/Alky Edition to a third-place finish behind winner Jeff Justus, who had a pull of 285.60 feet, and Kenton Campbell, who recorded a good pull of 215.96.
“It was a tough break for us,” Janet Esteb said. “This pull was only 30 minutes from our house. We had a turbo charger dragging, but we will get it fixed and head for a weekend of Lucas Oil Champions Tour events in Illinois.”
The Esteb’s will take the SawBlade.com backed tractor to compete at the Jersey County Fairgrounds in Jerseyville, Ill., this Friday and at the Marshall Putnam County Fairgrounds in Henry, Ill., on Saturday. Both events are under the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League Champions Tour banner.
The Esteb’s sit 10th in the Light Super Stock Division standings after one event with the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League.
