Inside Line Promotions – WHEATLAND, Mo. (Sept. 19, 2018) – The SawBlade.com backed pulling tractor team owned by David and Janet Esteb wrapped up their 2018 Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League Champions Tour season last Friday at Lucas Oil Speedway, where they produced a ninth-place showing.
David Esteb drove Eat’n Dollars/Alky Edition to a good pull of 292.80 feet in Light Super Stock tractor competition. There were 14 competitors and Brice Terry of Missouri drove Too Hy Strung to the winning pull of 318.47 feet.
The Esteb team finished seventh in the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League Champions Tour championship standings in the Light Super Stock Division.
“We are looking forward to 2019,” Janet Esteb said. “We hope to have our new motor up and running for next year. We would like to thank SawBlade.com for their sponsorship of our tractor. This first year of having a sponsor has worked out great and we look forward to representing them next year. They are great people and have a great product that we can showcase at the pulls we go to.”
The Estebs will represent SawBlade.com at the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League banquet set for Oct. 26 in Louisville, Ky.
Janet Esteb said the team may participate in one final pull this year at a county fair in Georgetown, Ohio, on Sept. 29.
“We compete there every year if we aren’t in the field,” she said. “It’s just a fun time to relax and not worry about points.”
