Inside Line Promotions – LONGDALE, Okla. (Aug. 30, 2017) – One of the biggest IMCA sport mods events of the season is approximately one month away.

Longdale Speedway hosts the $3,000-to-win, $250-to-start Darren Ernst Memorial on Sept. 29-30. The opening night will feature pit crew challenge qualifying and heat races while the finale showcases last chance races before the 60-lap main event.

The Sept. 30 A Main, which pays a whopping $1,500 for second place and $1,000 for third place, will be broken into two 30-lap segments with a break in between.

Both nights will also feature a complete show for pure stocks.

The races start at 7 p.m. both nights.

Tickets for adults are $15 and tickets for seniors and military members are $12 each night. Children ages 12-years-old and younger get in free with an adult. Additionally, anyone who purchases a ticket for the Sept. 29 show will receive half off the price for the Sept. 30 event.

There is a $50 entry fee for IMCA sport mods entrants.

Longdale Speedway has one more event on the schedule prior to the Darren Ernst Memorial. The 3/8-mile track will host Championship Night and FFA Night at the Races featuring pure stocks, IMCA sport mods, IMCA stock cars and IMCA modifieds on Sept. 16.

LONGDALE SPEEDWAY –

Longdale Speedway is a semi-banked, 3/8-mile clay oval located in Longdale, Okla. Longdale features a gravel pit area off of the backstretch with a concrete viewing area.
