Inside Line Promotions – LONGDALE, Okla. (Sept. 6, 2016) – Longdale Speedway is gearing up for several marquee events this fall, including the Poor Stock Madness on Saturday, Sept. 24.
The event pays $2,000 to win for the pure stocks class with the runner up netting $1,000 and third place $750. The feature offers $100 to start.
The IMCA stock car class pays $1,500 to win and $120 to start that night. The grand nationals division is providing $1,000 to win and $50 to start. All three classes will start 24 cars in the feature.
Tyler Scruggs is the current pure stocks points leader with a 32-point advantage over Barry Schievink. Alex Fennema is only one point behind Schievink.
Lance Maddox holds a six-point lead over Hesston Shaw in the IMCA stock car standings with Kenny Sorrels 115 points out of the lead.
Dustin Exline sits on top of the grand nationals championship standings. Lance Sessions is 18 points out of the lead with Jon Herring ranked third – 93 points behind Exline.
There is a $50 entry fee for every driver. Pit passes will be $30 each night.
Adult tickets are $10. Tickets for seniors and military members are $8 with children ages 6 to 12 only $5. Children ages 5 and younger get in free.
The front gate will open at 5 p.m. with racing at 7 p.m.

LONGDALE SPEEDWAY –
Longdale Speedway is a semi-banked, 3/8-mile clay oval located in Longdale, Okla. Longdale features a gravel pit area off of the backstretch with a concrete viewing area. The pits also include concessions and a full parts store, including tires and fuel. A concrete wall perimeter surrounds the track with an electronic scoreboard, television quality lighting, aluminum grandstand seating 2,000 along with a souvenir shop, sno cone hut, concessions and Herb’s Smoke Shack featuring ribs and turkey legs. All of these features making Longdale Speedway the premier dirt track in Northwest Oklahoma.
