Inside Line Promotions – BILLINGS, Mont. (June 22, 2016) – Billings Motorsports Park will host its fifth round of competition this Saturday when modifieds, street stocks and midwest modifieds are the featured classes at the 3/8-mile oval.
All three divisions are seeking the first multiple feature winner of the season.
Kenny Bauman and Jeremy Meirhofer are tied for the lead in the modifieds championship standings. Bauman and Meirhofer lead the division with top fives in all three races, but both are looking to garner their first triumph of the year.
Travis Davis, Hank Berry and Dale Neitzel have all visited Victory Lane this season.
Robert Petroff enters this weekend on top of the street stocks standings by 12 points over Bob Gordon. James Garretson and Troy Lorenz are tied for third – only 15 points out of the lead.
Petroff and Dallas Whiting have each won a main event this season in the class.
Dennis Hurd holds a five-point advantage in the midwest modifieds standings heading into Saturday. Cal Rossner ranks second with Dennis Kenaston third (16 points behind Hurd).
Hurd, Rossner and Cody Kuglin are the feature winners this season with Hurd and Rossner the only drivers recording a top-five finish during all three races.
Tickets for Saturday’s event are $10 for adults; $7 for seniors, military members and students ages 12 to 17 years old; $5 for children ages 7 to 11 years old; and free for children ages 6 and younger.
The pits are slated to open at 3 p.m. with the front gate opening at 5:30 p.m. Racing is scheduled to start at 7 p.m.
