Inside Line Promotions – BEAVER DAM, Wis. – Joey Saldana knows how to get around Beaver Dam Raceway.
Saldana is the only driver to claim back-to-back World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series victories at the track, which is set to host the 5th annual Jim “JB” Boyd Memorial on Saturday, June 28.
“I love Beaver Dam,” Saldana said. “It’s a cool race track. Usually there is a guy on the bottom (groove) and a guy on the top. It’s an awesome atmosphere. The facility is as good as anywhere we go. And it’s a great race for a great man. I’ve been lucky enough to win it a couple of times.”
In addition to Saldana’s triumphs in 2010 and 2011, he was victorious in 2003. Saldana’s three wins at Beaver Dam Raceway put him atop the victory list with defending World of Outlaws champion Daryn Pittman.
Despite the success for Saldana and Pittman, there have been eight different winners in the last nine races.
“You never know who is going to win there,” Saldana said. “You have to do everything right to win. It takes a perfect night to win these races.”

TICKETS –
Check out the O’Reilly Auto Parts $5 off general admission ticket special. When fans purchase a general admission ticket at a participating O’Reilly Auto Parts store they receive $5 off (adult tickets are $35 or $30 at O’Reilly Auto Parts and child tickets are $15 or $10 at O’Reilly Auto Parts). Children 5 and younger get into the race for free. Fans need to exchange their O’Reilly Auto Parts receipt for a ticket at the main grandstands booth on race day.
A pit/combo ticket is also available, which includes a reserved seat, a pit pass and a “Class of 2014” poster of the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series drivers. Adult pit/combo tickets are $38 and pit/combo tickets for children aged 0 to 12 are $25.

Also, spectators can upgrade any ticket to a pit pass for only $10 on race day.
