Inside Line Promotions – MESQUITE, Texas (April 2, 2014) – Travis Rilat secured another milestone last Saturday.

Rilat made his 350th career Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour feature start, which ranks fourth on the all-time list, during the premier 360ci sprint car tour’s postponed race at Devil’s Bowl Speedway.

After advancing from seventh to fourth place in his heat race on the fast half-mile track, Rilat garnered one of the five spots in the feature redraw by virtue of his points total. He then pulled the No. 7 to start on the inside of the fourth row for the 30-lap feature.

“We had a couple of days of rain during the week,” he said. “The track was heavy and tough to pass on. It never widened out.”

Rilat maintained a top 10 for the entire race and he finished with an eighth-place result, which marked his 248th career top-10 finish with the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour.

He will return to Devil’s Bowl Speedway April 18-19 for the Texas Outlaw Nationals with the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series. That will be his first race of the season piloting the Richard Saumure No. 39c.
