Inside Line Promotions – LUBBOCK, Texas (Feb. 25, 2014) – For many drivers it’s hard not to get caught up in the excitement like a kid in a candy shop when it comes to designing the graphics of a race car.

Graves Motorsports driver Kolt Walker decided to take a step backward and simplify the look of his sprint cars this season.

“You can get carried away with it pretty easy,” he said. “It is exciting. That’s why this year I took some of the design out of it. We just simplified a lot of things.”

The car will remain black, white and yellow with more of a vintage appearance.

“I just went back and took a lot of the design out of it and went kinda old school,” Walker said. “It still has a little bit of the newer look to it as well. We’re excited to reveal it soon.”

Walker estimated that his two race cars would be decaled and lettered within the next two weeks and in plenty of time before the season opener – March 21-22 at Devil’s Bowl Speedway in Mesquite, Texas, with the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour and ASCS Lone Star Region.
