Inside Line Promotions – PUYALLUP, Wash. (Aug. 10, 2026) – Trey Starks is closing in on his third consecutive 360ci winged sprint car track championship at Skagit Speedway.
Starks returns to the high-banked oval in Burlington, Wash., this Saturday holding a 127-point lead in the championship standings with only three points races remaining this season.
“The goal starting out each season at Skagit is to win races and go after a championship in both the 360 and 410 divisions,” he said. “We’ve been fortunate to win races and put ourselves in a good position in each division so far.”
Starks has won five of the nine 360 winged sprint car main events at Skagit Speedway this season. He also has eight top fives. Both are the best for any driver in any division at the track this year.
“Our 360 program has been really strong all season,” he said. “It all starts with qualifying and we’ve been really solid every night.”
Starks has set quick time during qualifying four times and has timed in second quickest three other times. He’s been inside the top five in qualifying during every 360 race this season.
