Inside Line Promotions – BRANDON, S.D. (June 22, 2026) – A total of 10 different drivers have stood atop the podium during 12 main events at Huset’s Speedway this season.
The high-banked oval is taking the next two weekends off following a successful BillionAuto.com Huset’s High Bank Nationals, which paid a World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series record $300,000 to win last Saturday night.
David Gravel emerged victorious out of the 50-plus drivers who tackled the event that showcased four straight nights of elbows-up action. Sheldon Haudenschild won the previous night with Michael “Buddy” Kofoid sweeping the Hefty Seed Huset’s Hustle last Wednesday and Thursday.
Kofoid became the only repeat winner this season at the track and his three triumphs pushed his winning streak to five straight at Huset’s Speedway – the longest in World of Outlaws history at the track – prior to Haudenschild’s triumph. Kofoid also won a World of Outlaws event on Memorial Day Weekend.
There hasn’t been a repeat winner in weekly competition at Huset’s Speedway this season.
Christopher Thram and Ryan Timms have split the two Cressman Sanitation 410 Outlaw Sprint Car shows. Thram is the current points leader by four points over Timms and Kaleb Johnson.
Blake Ballenger and Aydin Lloyd each have a Heser Auto & Detailing RaceSaver Sprint Car Series triumph this season. Lloyd holds a five-point advantage in the championship standings over Dylan Waxdahl with Brandon Bosma six points out of the top spot.
A trio of Nordstrom’s Automotive Late Model Street Stocks races have been captured by Matt Steuerwald, Trevor Tesch and Cory Yeigh. Dustin Gulbrandson has an eight-point lead in the championship standings over Steuerwald. Tim Dann and Craig Hanisch are tied for third – only nine points behind Gulbrandson.
The track resumes competition on July 12 for Frankman Motor Company presents Hall of Fame Night. The Cressman Sanitation Midwest 410 Sprint Touring Series and Cressman Sanitation 410 Outlaw Sprint Cars, the Nordstrom’s Automotive Late Model Street Stocks, and the MedStar Midwest Sprint Touring Series RaceSavers and the Heser Auto & Detailing RaceSaver Sprint Car Series will be in action.
