Inside Line Promotions - FORNEY, Texas (Sept. 17, 2013) - It's been a long three months for Travis Rilat, who hasn't raced his own sprint car since the middle of June.

With two fresh engines currently being shipped to his shop, Rilat is slated to be back in his No. 29 on Saturday at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, Texas, for the Port-a-Cool U.S. Dirt Track Championship with the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour.

"I love that track," he said. "It's fast, wide and carries high speed."

Rilat charged from eighth to second place in his heat race during last season's inaugural event at the track. That earned him the most points of any driver through the heat races and he ended with a fourth-place finish in the feature.

"We were good enough to hold our own," he said. "We just needed a little extra. Probably a couple of small tweaks on the car and we would have been up there competing for the win."

Rilat has recorded five top-10 finishes in limited action this season in his own car.

"I've got a brand new engine coming," he said. "I think we should have a fairly good run there."
