Inside Line Promotions – BARBERVILLE, Fla. (March 3, 2026) – A pair of podium finishes during the Bike Week Jamboree gave Big Game Motorsports sole possession of the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series championship lead.

David Gravel guided the team to a runner-up result on Sunday and a third-place showing on Monday at Volusia Speedway Park, marking four straight podiums to open the World of Outlaws points season.

Gravel owns a two-point lead in the championship standings as the Series ventures to the Deep South this weekend.

The action begins on Friday at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, Ala., during the Dega Duel. Gravel won a World of Outlaws event at the track in October 2011.

On Saturday, Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, Miss., hosts the Black Ice Brawl. Gravel established a new track record before winning the main event last year.

Big Game Motorsports enters the weekend riding a four-race streak of podium performances in Florida throughout the last month. Following back-to-back second-place showings in February, Gravel set quick time during qualifying on Sunday. He won a heat race, maneuvered from sixth to third place in the dash and gained a position to place second in the A Main.

A seventh-place qualifying effort on Monday – the first time Gravel hasn’t been quick time in his flight all season – was followed by second-place runs in a heat race and the dash before the night concluded with a third-place result in the A Main.
