Inside Line Promotions – BRANDON, S.D. (Feb. 24, 2026) – Big Game Motorsports returns to competition this Sunday and Monday at Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, Fla., during the Bike Week Jamboree.

David Gravel used a pair of second-place finishes at the half-mile oval earlier this month during the first two points races of the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series season to be tied atop the championship standings.

“Lots of confidence and I felt like everything we did there was earned,” he said. “We didn’t have great racing luck of starting in the front row so I felt we performed every single night.”

Following the two-weekend break from the season-opening event, Big Game Motorsports is now scheduled to race the next five weekends and in 17 of the next 18 weekends. Following a weekend off for the Fourth of July, the ensuing 16 weekends are busy competing before a weekend off leading into the final event of the World of Outlaws season in November.

“The boys had to go back to the shop and refill the trailer up,” Gravel said after the season-opening event in Florida. “We’ll be ready to go. Once that second Volusia weekend comes up it’s ready for the season for real.”

Gravel has won five of his last 18 World of Outlaws starts at Volusia Speedway Park.

“I’m looking forward to the weekend,” he said. “They’ve done a great job with the race track and it’s a lot of fun racing there. We have a lot of people there to support us, too.”
