Inside Line Promotions – SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (April 7, 2025) – Kaleb Johnson and Team DGRD will be joining the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series this weekend at the Federated Auto Parts Spring Classic.

It will mark Johnson’s first time competing at I-55 Federated Auto Parts Raceway Park in Pevely, Mo.

“I have never raced there,” he said. “I’ve watched video and it kind of reminds me of Huset’s, but with how much speed it has it also reminds me of River Cities. I think the track will be juiced up and fast.”

The goal for the team remains to soak up the experience racing with ‘The Greatest Show on Dirt’ and to simply log laps.

“Any early race for us, we’re trying to get acclimated with the race team and the race car,” Johnson said. “Any laps in preparation for the upcoming races at Knoxville, where we are running for points this year, will be helpful.”

Johnson noted his focus behind the wheel is to improve during the start of each race.

“We’ve shown we can qualify decent,” he said. “A lot of it will be up to me come heat-race time. I think I can improve there in getting better starts and putting myself in position to pick up spots when the opportunity arises.”
